Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Echo Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Minimum Education:At least a (2) two year Echocardiography accredited program including technical and clinical training culminating in an associate degree or higher. Minimum Work Experience:At least (1) one to (2) two years experience preferred Required Certifications:RDCS - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)) or RCS - Registered Cardiac Sonographer - Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Required Classes/Skills:BLS - Basic Life SupportACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Required additional Knowledge and Abilities:Ability to demonstrate competency in echocardiography.Must be able to recognize abnormal structure and be able to correlate this information into a useful study.Must be able to deviate from normal techniques, when necessary, to develop new techniques.Must be able to utilize ancillary devices, i.e., selected transducers Commonwealth Healthcare LLC Job ID #10213.
