Your Opportunity The Senior Clinical Implementation Lead plays a pivotal role in the successful adoption of EBSCO's Clinical Decisions products in various healthcare environments, such as hospitals, health systems, and medical schools. You will collaborate closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of our products into existing clinical practices, ultimately enhancing outcomes and maximizing value. This includes ensuring integration with Electronic Health Record systems through Single Sign-on, clinical portals, HL7 Infobutton, and more. This is a remote role limited to candidates within the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories). What You'll Do Lead the comprehensive onboarding process for EBSCO's Clinical Decisions products. Partner with the Customer Success Manager to develop implementation plans focusing on technical integration, change management, and established timelines. Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation phase, coordinating with IT teams to ensure proper configuration and integration, including EHR integration, toolbar links, IdP SSO via SAML, SMART on FHIR, HL7 Infobutton, and Mobile Device Management (MDM). Manage implementation timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met. Consult with the Customer Success Manager to define key performance indicators for assessing implementation success. Enhance implementation processes and methodologies, emphasizing SSO and EHR best practices. Monitor implementation progress and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Provide training and support to superusers, administrators, and end-users through a “Train the Trainer” model to ensure optimal product utilization. Continuously refine implementation procedures to improve efficiency and client outcomes. Your Team: You will join the Clinical Decisions Technical Implementation team, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development. As part of a dedicated cross-functional team (POD), you will benefit from the flexibility of remote work while utilizing ample resources, training, and support to thrive as an Implementation Lead and advance your career. About You Bachelor's degree in health administration, information technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and SSO authentication protocols. Medical experience that provides clear insights into clinical workflow. Proven success in managing complex implementation projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. This role requires the flexibility to work across time zones and travel up to 25% as needed to support implementation efforts at various locations. What Sets You Apart: 7 years of project management experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. Knowledge of clinical informatics and current healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with the ability to navigate issues during and post-implementation. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project goals. Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, particularly electronic health records (EHR) and practice management systems. Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus. Pay Range USD $98,315.00 - USD $140,450.00 /Yr. Your actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
