ASFSC Program Management Analyst

Job Title ASFSC Program Management Analyst Job Description Kwaan Tech is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support the Air Force Security Forces Center Base Defense Division with program management development and support to include assisting with the sustainment of AFSFC and Security Forces enterprise interests under the Combat Support Training Range (CSTR) program of existing and future capacity that delivers best courses of actions in production of Mission Ready Airmen-certified Department of the Air Force personnel under Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN) posture and presentation models for global force management readiness requirements to the Department of Defense. This analysis will help decision makers determine the best CSTR location/utilization, equipment and infrastructure of Combat Support and Combat Service Support training and certification requirements. In addition, it provides advice, information, and guidance for AFSFC/S23. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $125,000 - $140,000. The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Major Duties Support AFSFC/S3B in CSTR program management Conduct comparative analyses per DAFMAN 65-506/DAFI 65-501 Develop budget/execution plans and sustainment strategies for training ranges Develop execution/data collection/communication plans Maintain project libraries and deliver executive briefings Liaise with AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, CSTR host units, and stakeholders Support scheduling, equipment management, and support agreements (MOU/MOA/ISSA) Analyze student throughput and draft fiscal planning documents Support PPBE documentation Travel Requirements 10 - 25% Job Requirements 15+ years DoD/mission support management/operational experience (with performance within the last 5 years) Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) OR 10+ years project management experience (PMP preferred) 10+ years USAF PPBE process experience 10+ years AF documentation development experience Logistics detail management experience Proficiency in written/verbal communication for senior DoD leadership Active Secret Clearance Category Program / Project Management Location Lackland Air Force Base - Lackland, TX 78236-9853 US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree
