Job Description

Position Overview The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory through in-person relationship development and consultative selling. The role requires building and maintaining strong partnerships with referral sources and healthcare providers. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct face-to-face sales calls within assigned territoryDevelop and maintain relationships with:Physicians and medical practicesHospitalsWound care clinicsSkilled nursing facilitiesHome health agenciesOther medical referral sourcesMeet or exceed monthly sales quotasEducate healthcare providers on negative pressure wound therapy solutions and related medical equipment/servicesIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesMaintain consistent territory coverage and account follow-upQualifications Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Experience in wound care, negative pressure therapy, respiratory, DME, HME, or medical sales preferredEstablished referral network in territory is a plusPrior leadership experience is beneficialSkills & CompetenciesStrong relationship-building and territory management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of medical terminologyFamiliarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME) preferredAbility to manage sensitive information with confidentialitySelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with internal teamsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general business technologyPhysical & Travel RequirementsRegular travel within assigned territory via personal vehicleOccasional air travel may be requiredFrequent standing, walking, and in-person meetingsAbility to lift or move up to 25 pounds occasionallyProlonged computer and phone useThis is a growth-focused sales role ideal for candidates who thrive in relationship-driven healthcare environments and are motivated by performance-based earnings Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
