This role is responsible for developing system designs, leading jurisdictional coordination, and managing downstream design execution in partnership with drafting and support teams. The position works closely with permitting, real estate, and external agencies to resolve right of way and constructability challenges, support customer driven and system improvement projects, and ensure design packages are complete, compliant, and construction ready.
