About the Role We are seeking a Program Management Specialist to oversee AgileOne's Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. This role will involve collaboration with client users, supplier partners, and contingent workers engaged in the MSP Program and/or Technology Suite for AgileOne accounts. The Program Management Specialist will enhance the effectiveness of the AgileOne Vendor Management Tool or third-party VMS, ensuring that compliance, processes, and operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the MSP program, liaising openly with client users, suppliers, and contingent workers. Oversee program performance, ensuring data accuracy, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), compliance, and comprehensive reporting. Maintain oversight of budget, P&L management, and financial health of the program. Ensure timely billing, conduct audits, and deliver on program metrics and governance tasks. Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to uncover growth opportunities. Facilitate supplier meetings, performance evaluations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Manage issue resolution, escalations, and service-level requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled Client Services team. Conduct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and coaching of staff. Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the program's footprint. Track SOW resources and initiatives for program growth. Improve processes, streamline workflows, and introduce cost-saving measures. Qualifications Experience with P&L management. Proven success in growing a staffing/MSP program, including SOW resource tracking and operational scaling. A minimum of 5 years in staffing, MSP program management, vendor management, or on-site account management. Strong experience in building and leading tenured, high-performing teams. Must possess confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills. Experience serving Fortune 500/1000 clients. Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, staffing operations, supplier management, and compliance. Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco 2-3 days each week. Required Skills Familiarity with AgileOne, Beeline, Fieldglass, or other VMS tools. Business development or client expansion experience within the staffing/MSP sector. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including Power BI experience. Comfortable facilitating executive-level meetings, governance councils, and QBRs. Preferred Skills Knowledge of AgileOne, Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar VMS tools. Demonstrated experience in business development or client expansion in staffing/MSP. Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and Power BI. Ability to effectively conduct executive-level meetings and governance discussions.
