Sourcing and Supply Chain Analyst

Join us as a dynamic Sourcing and Supply Chain Analyst to enhance our sourcing strategies and cost planning initiatives within specialty sport categories. This role is pivotal in driving sourcing excellence and achieving profitability targets through collaboration with key partners across Product Creation, Finance, Supply Planning, Materials, and Manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative, sport-focused sourcing strategies. Oversee cost planning processes to ensure target margins and profitability are met. Collaborate with Finance to set style-level cost objectives. Assist in factory allocation decisions and comprehensive sourcing analysis. Conduct in-depth costing analyses and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations. Support global sourcing efforts from strategic planning through to seasonal execution. Engage cross-functionally to align cost, margin, and product specifications. Contribute to specialty projects, including Cricket, Basketball initiatives, and Olympic sideline products. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Supply Chain, or a related field (or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree). At least 3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, supply chain management, product creation, or manufacturing. Familiarity with apparel and/or footwear manufacturing processes and textiles. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Keen attention to detail and a capacity for navigating ambiguity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate and influence across diverse stakeholder groups. Top Must-Have Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). Solid understanding of retail mathematics. Strong data-driven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong PowerPoint skills, including presentation and deck-building capabilities. Experience in the apparel/footwear supply chain. Background in cross-functional matrix organizations. Soft Skills Collaborative and influential approach. Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills. Ability to work independently while also fitting well within team dynamics. Additional Role Information This is an on-site position with standard business hours, featuring Work From Home Fridays. The direct team comprises approximately 10-15 members. Expect 1-2 interview rounds. We have two contract openings: One for approximately 10 months. One for approximately 12 months.
