Clinical Research Nurse - Home Visits

The Per Diem Clinical Research Nurse is a committed Registered Nurse experienced in various therapeutic areas, functioning independently and integrating seamlessly with our Nursing Solutions Group. If you have a passion for our decentralized care model, you will deliver care to participants in their homes, while also collaborating with traditional clinical sites when necessary. Your dedication will ensure that patient care complies with federal and state regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and Standard Operating Procedures. This position requires frequent travel to participant locations. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing services and support research initiatives for qualifying study participants in their homes. Apply your clinical expertise to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges. Work collaboratively with Lead and Per Diem Clinical Research Nurses to enhance educational materials and resource availability. Contribute to the operational development of Science 37's nursing service delivery. Establish strong relationships with study team members, becoming the expert on nursing processes. Perform additional duties as necessary as Science 37 continues to grow. Qualifications: BSN degree preferred. Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required. Active RN licensure in your home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure. At least 2 years of clinical/research experience is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is essential. A valid Driver's License is required. Availability & Travel Requirements: Commit to a minimum of 1-2 days per week for study visits. Flexibility for weekday and night availability is necessary. Willingness to travel to participants' homes and other potential remote locations. Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation and carrying equipment is crucial. Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to efficiently use technology for patient assessments and documentation. Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Ability to positively represent the company in participant settings. Physical capability to perform nursing tasks and manage equipment weighing up to 15 kg. This position functions with minimal supervision, reporting directly to the Manager of the Nursing Solutions Group. Compensation varies based on location and responsibilities, starting at a pay range of $50-55 per hour. Additional performance-based bonuses may also be applicable.
