Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Senior Principal Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management and Charge Services. In this essential role, you will utilize your extensive expertise to lead and drive innovative solutions across various project teams. Your primary focus will be on designing seamless Charge Services integrations with systems like Cerner Patient Accounting and Oracle Health Patient Accounting, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet deadlines and stay within budget. Your role will involve a thorough analysis of customer business needs to ensure our Oracle solutions effectively align with their strategic objectives. You'll employ your industry knowledge and product functionality understanding to deliver complex functional and technical solutions while mentoring and guiding project teams. Influencing leadership within customer organizations will be crucial for facilitating key decision-making processes. Moreover, you will play a vital part in business development by identifying new opportunities and crafting solutions for complex customer challenges. Your expertise will span multiple product families, empowering you to architect and design technology solutions that deliver significant benefits to our clients. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of solution integrations for Charge Services to fulfill project goals. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify customer business needs and align them with Oracle solutions. Provide guidance to project teams during complex implementations and mentor junior consultants. Partner with the consulting sales team to share insights for business development. Tackle complex customer issues by implementing effective and tailored solutions. Compensation: The hiring range for this position is between $97,500 and $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity opportunities.
