Principal Architect, Cloud Engineering - Networking

As a Solutions Architect, you will: Collaborate closely with Oracle Sales and OCI product teams to design cloud architectures that solve complex customer challenges. Continuously explore our platform, crafting deployment strategies, and developing best practice methodologies. Advise customers on advanced cloud networking solutions and guide them in migrating existing workloads to the cloud. Engage in strategic discussions to ensure effective deployment of cloud solutions. Publish technical content like whitepapers and blogs to share knowledge with the community. Build lasting relationships with technical leaders in customer organizations to foster cloud advocacy. The ideal candidate will have: 7+ years of experience in network design and consulting within software or infrastructure sectors, including at least 5 years in customer-facing roles. A deep understanding of public cloud providers like OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential, as is hands-on experience with key networking technologies such as BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN. Preferred qualifications include: Proven ability to document and share best practices in networking solutions. Networking professional certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE). Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. Familiarity with major enterprise solutions from Oracle, Microsoft, VMware, and experience with Linux systems.
