Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Maintenance MechanicWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Mechanic to join our facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.Job Duties: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical issues Troubleshoot mechanical problems involving gearboxes, belts, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Repairing or replacing cylinders, hoses, solenoids, etc Ensure all equipment complies with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades. Respond to emergency breakdowns and support production during critical operations. Qualifications: Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
