Refrigeration and HVAC Technician Level 3

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and HVAC Technician Level 3 to provide expert maintenance, repair, and support for refrigeration and HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities: Independently drive to assigned service locations on a daily basis. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and procedures effectively. Troubleshoot and repair various HVAC and refrigeration systems. Investigate and navigate electronic controls interfaces for troubleshooting. Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts. Safely operate industrial equipment, vehicles, powered trucks, and aerial lifts. Interact with store personnel to explain equipment usage and prevent repeat service calls. Utilize company email for communication and documentation. Complete all repair, labor, and parts documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with other skilled tradesmen when necessary. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 70 pounds, bending, climbing ladders, and working in varying temperatures. This position requires the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of refrigeration and HVAC experience with proven performance. EPA Type 2 Certification is required. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Ability to use control manufacturers’ software. Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain it throughout employment. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Compensation: $24.40 - $42.00 per hour
