Job Description: Crowe is on the lookout for a dynamic leader to guide our clients through their Security Operations (SecOps) ServiceNow implementations. We seek a proactive individual with strong leadership, decision-making, and management capabilities to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow SecOps implementations, thereby providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: Engage in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, project scoping, managing proof of concepts, and assisting with the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW). Advise clients on maximizing their ServiceNow platforms to enhance their enterprise-level Security programs. Lead implementation projects by overseeing architectural design, collaborating with the Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and Developer team to maintain project timelines. Facilitate project introduction and kick-off meetings, conduct weekly client status meetings, and create/manage project timelines. Provide insightful guidance to developers on ServiceNow configurations. Conduct final quality assurance reviews for all project deliverables. Design and implement training for end users. Identify and promote additional business opportunities to maximize client value through ServiceNow. Desired Skills: Certified System Administrator (CSA). Certified Implementation Specialist - SecOps. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional setting. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations, particularly in SecOps. Experience as a ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator. Proficient understanding of running a Security program on the ServiceNow platform. Capable of managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in providing business, operational, and technical consultancy to senior organizational leaders. Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with diverse teams. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong written and verbal communication capabilities. Proficient in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently. Adept problem solver with critical thinking and analytical skills. Familiarity with project planning and management methodologies and tools. The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, and specific business needs. While the expected range is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 per year, actual compensation will be based on individual experience and qualifications.
