You will be integral to our Trial Team, implementing innovative monitoring methods and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage site monitoring activities across global clinical trials, adhering to specific trial monitoring strategies. Provide expert consultation to Trial Teams on methodologies and risk-based approaches throughout all trial phases. Ensure participant safety and data integrity, aligning with study protocols and global regulations. Manage planning and execution regarding site monitoring, focusing on issue resolution and risk mitigation. Maintain readiness for inspections through robust oversight and documentation practices. Represent the trial function in discussions with investigational sites, stakeholders, and regulatory officials as needed. Drive innovation and improve processes, including the design of new monitoring techniques. Collaborate fully with Clinical Operations, Quality, and global teams to meet monitoring objectives seamlessly. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Substantial experience as a Clinical Trial Manager with responsibilities for comprehensive study execution. Expertise in managing early-phase clinical trials, including operational strategy and risk management. Strong oversight abilities in site monitoring, including working with CRAs and CROs. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and GCP, with an ability to apply them strategically. Experience leading global trials in a cross-functional environment. Proven abilities in managing CROs and ensuring they meet operational timelines and quality standards. Advanced project management skills, with a focus on achieving milestones and navigating competing priorities. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing teams effectively. Proven track record of accountability and results in a fast-paced clinical environment.
