Leasing Administrator Schedule: Full?Time | Day Shift (MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM) Work Location: Fully Onsite - Sacramento, CA 95833 This is a support role within Asset Management and does not include property management responsibilities. Position Overview The Leasing Administrator provides onsite administrative and technical support to the Asset Management team, with a primary focus on lease administration, contract tracking, document control, and critical date management across a commercial real estate portfolio. This role is highly documentation? and systems?driven and supports internal workflows related to lease lifecycle management, compliance coordination, and vendor documentation. There is no tenant interaction, site management, or property operations involved. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up?to?date lease and contract records within internal databases and tracking systems Support lease lifecycle activities, including abstracting key terms, tracking critical dates, and monitoring renewals and expirations Review, read, and interpret lease agreements and related legal documents to ensure accurate data entry and compliance Coordinate document control for executed leases, amendments, notices, and supporting legal documentation Assist with Accounts Payable support, including vendor onboarding, W?9 processing, and payment documentation Support audit?ready recordkeeping by maintaining organized physical and electronic files Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal/OGC, Accounting, and Asset Management to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance Provide general administrative and workflow support to the Asset Management team as needed Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in lease administration, asset management support, or commercial real estate administration Experience supporting contract tracking, lease workflows, and document management Ability to read and interpret lease agreements and legal contracts Experience supporting Accounts Payable, vendor onboarding, and W?9 processing Strong attention to detail with proven records management and data accuracy skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Typing speed of 55+ WPM Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
