Come join us on our journey of opening a brand-new hospital! More About Our Team Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek is a brand-new 40 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility opening in 2026. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. How You'll Contribute A Human Resources Assistant who excels in this role: Assisting with employee onboarding Follow up on background checks and other pre-employment items Coordinate orientation scheduling for leadership and new hire Badges Help with IT login I9 completions (Section 2 verifier) Collecting paperwork Filing HR, Health and Education files Scheduling interviews and assisting in recruitment process IT point of contact for initial access and equipment requests Backup to payroll Creating the engagement events calendars/fliers, birthday fliers, Employee of the Month post etc. General follow up as needed with employees to collect documents or ensure trainings completion etc. Other duties as assigned Why Join Us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. What We're Looking For Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: Associate or bachelor's degree Experience: One (1) year of related experience.
