The TPG Workforce Development On the Job Training Operations team partners with subject matter experts and leaders to deliver standardized training programs that support workforce readiness, operational performance, and audit compliance across TPG. The OJT Operations Specialist manages training processes, systems, and documentation to ensure consistent, compliant execution of on the job training across global locations. You'll partner with subject matter authorities to develop and maintain training materials and controlled documentation. Responsibilities: Conduct job task analyses (JTAs) to identify role responsibilities, tasks, and required knowledge and skills. Build, implement, and maintain OJT curricula, learning items, and task-based certification checklists. Standardize business processes and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality expectations. Assess training and process efficiency, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with leaders and collaborators to gather training needs and manage training requests. Analyze and report data, including extraction, categorization, visualization, and recurring updates for collaborators. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of related work experience. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data using Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with diverse collaborators. Experience using GenAI or automation tools to improve efficiency and quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience crafting or supporting OJT or task-based certification programs. The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $76,000.00 - $172,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
