Job Summary The Salesforce Service Cloud Architect will define and lead the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards. This role involves designing scalable and modular architectures across core Service Cloud capabilities, developing integration strategies, recommending appropriate AppExchange and third-party tools, and producing technical design artifacts for development teams. The position also requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, governance, and quality across Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud architecture aligned with business goals and enterprise best practices. Design scalable solutions across Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Live Agent, CTI, and Email-to-Case. Lead the development of data models, security models, and sharing architectures. Develop integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi. Evaluate and recommend AppExchange and third-party tools for solution enhancement. Create solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, and architecture documentation. Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce implementations, guiding developers, administrators, and functional consultants. Enforce governance standards, design patterns, and platform best practices. Perform code reviews, solution assessments, and ensure compliance with platform limits and security standards. Mentor development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components, integration patterns, and performance optimization. Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs. Participate in effort estimation, RFP responses, and pre-sales architectural activities. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, data, and integration teams to ensure end-to-end delivery. Support DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and release planning. Maintain architecture governance frameworks, documentation, and design repositories. Lead performance reviews, scalability assessments, and security audits of Salesforce solutions. Required Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Minimum 8+ years of experience with Salesforce data model, security, and integration architecture. Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge, and Case Management. Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Git, and Gearset and experience supporting CI/CD pipelines. Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and global delivery models. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or actively pursuing the certification. Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL), Einstein Bots, or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). Experience integrating Salesforce with legacy or cloud-based systems such as AWS, Azure, or SAP. Familiarity with Agile at Scale frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS. Experience working with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
