Job Description #LI-JF1 #LinkedIn-Hybrid ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions and Primary Duties Collaborate with the Regional Resource Management Leader and other stakeholders to implement regional resource management strategies aligned with the company objectives Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the region, including office leaders, project managers, and human resource personnel, to understand resource needs and ensure effective resource allocation Responsible for maintenance of scheduling software to support resource management processes and improve data accuracy and accessibility. This includes maintenance of engagement schedules and coordination of inter-regional staff sharing opportunities. Produce reporting to meet the needs of leaders. Analyze reports to make decisions related to scheduling of resources. Manage resource utilization ensuring staffing needs are anticipated and met in a timely and effective manner to support project demands Ensure compliance with all relevant governance policies and procedures related to resource management activities within the region Collaborate with the Regional Resource Management Leader to ensure consistency and standardization across regions, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement QualificationsMinimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Effective customer service skills Proficient use of applicable technology Ability to work in team environment as well as independently Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities About Us CBIZ Inc. is a leading professional services advisor to middle market businesses and organizations nationwide.
