Large Format Print Production Manager

Production Manager Join SpeedPro Alpharetta as a Production Manager and lead our dynamic team in delivering high-quality visual solutions. In this role, you will oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every project. Responsibilities: Manage production staff and daily production operations to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Create graphic design layouts and digital proofs. Prepress files for machine production (printing, cutting). Optimize setup for efficient use of time & materials. Operate printer and cutting machine software. Train and mentor team members on production techniques and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in production management or a similar role in the printing industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proven capability in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work in a collegial and collaborative work environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
