Responsibilities:Assemble structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, subassemblies, and components in a production environmentRead and interpret technical work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawingsIdentify correct parts, tooling, and equipment prior to assemblyUse hand tools and precision tools including screwdrivers, ratchets, power screwdrivers, multimeters, crimpers, and torque toolsPerform soldering, crimping, and torqueing operations as requiredInspect completed work to ensure quality standards and check for Foreign Object Debris (FOD)Use a computer to access work instructions and document production activityMaintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirementsWear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Maintain regular and predictable attendance Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearanceCertifications: Ability to obtain and maintain required production certificationsExperience: Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or production environment preferredTechnical Skills:Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specificationsExperience with soldering, crimping, and torque tools preferredBasic computer proficiency in a production settingPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 10-35 lbsFrequent standing, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching overheadRepetitive hand/finger manipulation and reading from screens or printed documentsAbility to work in a production floor environment Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer Your Recruiter What to ExpectApplicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.Accepted applicants will be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
