Job Description Own project delivery: budgets, schedules, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate closely with Superintendents to drive field execution and resolve issues quickly. Lead weekly meetings with owners, architects, and subs; keep stakeholders aligned. Manage multi-site programs and repeat client prototypes (where applicable). Maintain cost control and document management from buyout to closeout. Ensure quality, safety, permitting, and inspections are on track. Deliver a smooth turnover and clean punch/closeout. The Successful Applicant 3-6+ years in commercial construction with ground-up retail project experience. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and buyout; comfortable with fast-track delivery. Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, core/shell, MEP coordination, and interiors. Proven ability to run RFIs, submittals, COs, pay apps, and partner with field leadership. Excellent client communication and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. A proactive, organized PM who thrives in fast-paced, repeat-client environments.
