We’re seeking a Teller / Alternate Full Service Representative (FSR) to deliver exceptional service, support daily transactions, and assist members with a variety of financial needs. --- What You’ll Do · Greet members and handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with accuracy. · Provide friendly, efficient support for account questions and member inquiries. · Maintain and balance your cash drawer daily. · Assist with forms, account updates, eSignatures, and administrative tasks. · Support FSR and teller operations as needed, including ACH requests and dispute assistance. · Cross-sell helpful products such as debit cards, credit cards, and online banking services. · Perform notary services (or become certified after hire).
