Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Early Talent Pipeline Specialist responsible for managing our university relations and engagement; including our early career development program and intern and Co-Op programs. We are looking to expand on our already successful program and development further our pipelines and seek a driven team member who has experience developing, managing, and expanding talent pipelines while leveraging analytics to enhance pipeline effectiveness and monitor retention, and performance. As an Early Talent Pipeline Specialist, your primary focus will be to attract top talent to support Swagelok's critical skill needs through early career hiring, non-traditional talent attriction and talent development pipeline programs. The Early Talent Pipeline Specialist will be responsible for managing the various pipeline and development programs. This position will develop and maintain key relationships with community and partner organization leaders to increase our brand recognition for our targeted pipelines. The Early Talent Pipeline Specialist will monitor performance metrics to ensure effective program management, and resource utilization. This position will work closely with HR and functional groups to align and drive talent management processes throughout the duration of any rotational programs and manage the integration of talent into the business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the lead pipeline specialist for assigned pipeline programs which includes facilitating the recruitment, onboarding, cohort management, talent assessment, and development of program participants. Support the strategic development of long-term roadmap for pipeline growth. Support business objectives by identifying, recruiting, and orienting targeted populations. Assist in the identification of pipelines and manage the candidate selection process including on-site visits, resume reviews, and decision processes. Act as an internally and externally facing representative of Swagelok and promote Swagelok's interests with targeted populations. Organize all community engagement events including information sessions, job and career fairs and interviews. Manage and conduct candidate screening and interview process. Ensure all proper paperwork and documentation is completed for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Assist with all candidate data tracking and reporting. Serve as the liaison between program(s), HR, and the business. Partner with Communications to define and implement Employment Branding Strategies to attract targeted candidate populations through outreach and programs to build Swagelok's short and long-term talent pipeline while delivering consistent corporate messaging into recruiting materials. Build strategic partnerships/relationships with leaders to build a unified program enabling a consistent approach to the hiring, development, and management of talent. Develops an effective pipeline of key talent by creating innovative programs and expanding local and national community relationships. Develop and implement consistent processes and tools around targeted pipeline talent management. Develop best practices on talent strategies and engagement opportunities for targeted talent populations. Analyze the program and recruitment analytics to achieve goals and determine effectiveness of current and future strategy. Maintain a strong level of knowledge on industry trends which will allow for continuous improvement across the program(s). Proactively identify, recommend, and implement value-added solutions to strengthen relationships with HR, the business and pipeline associates. Establish a coaching relationship with new hires, regularly collecting performance feedback on each, acting as a liaison between them and the business to create a positive experience for both parties. Regularly review training curriculum, and partner with the business and Learning and Development teams to improve program offerings in line with development needs Required: Bachelor's Degree in related field or significant early talent acquisition experience. 5 years required; 3+ years preferred of demonstrated experience in community engagement activities, including experience shaping programmatic elements of an enterprise-wide recruitment function and/or professional recruiting experience. Strong interviewing, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be able to manage relationships at all levels, including senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to incorporate key stakeholder feedback into strategy. Experience representing a corporate brand for the purposes of developing strong relationships with universities and students. Demonstrated ability to effectively plan events, guide multiple projects and competing priorities, while maintaining flexibility to shift priorities as needed to meet business goals.
