Refrigeration Technician 1, Facilities - South Duval

Description We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician 1 to join our Facilities Refrigeration team! The Refrigeration Technician 1 assists the Refrigeration Technician 2 and 3 to support retail refrigeration operations by performing HVAC repair and maintenance, rack refrigeration general maintenance and some routine general refrigeration maintenance service requests for retail stores. Primary responsibilities include: performing repairs and general maintenance using many different refrigerant types such as carbon dioxide (CO2), glycol, etc. repairing and general maintenance of Energy Management systems such as Emerson and Danfoss. performing housekeeping duties such as maintaining accurate parts inventory participating in special refrigeration projects for retail facilities and assisting with the implementation of corporate projects Additional Information Candidate will need to live in: Clay or Duval counties Your application may have additional steps that you will need to complete in order to remain eligible for consideration. Year End Bonus To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.
