SAP Financial Data Analyst We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Data Analyst to support and enhance our financial reporting, planning, and consolidationenvironment. This role will own critical SAP-based reports, support planningand consolidation processes, and act as a key liaison between Finance and IT.The ideal candidate combines strong SAP FI/CO expertise with hands-onexperience in reporting, data integration, and financial systems optimization. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Data Management Design, build, own, and maintain financial reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) and SAP BW for internal and external reporting. Manage Business Warehouse and BusinessObjects environments to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance. Utilize Data Manager packages and conversion files to extract, transform, and load data from SAP BW into planning and consolidation systems. Planning, Forecasting & Consolidation Configure and maintain SAP BPC / Workday Adaptive Planning environments, including models, dimensions, business rules, and integrations. Support planning, forecasting, and consolidation cycles, ensuring timely and accurate financial data. Process and reconcile data changes between SAP, Workday Adaptive Planning, and consolidation tools. Systems Integration & Optimization Support and enhance integration between SAP and Workday, including workforce planning, compensation, and HR-related financial data. Partner with Finance stakeholders to review current processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement system improvements aligned with best practices. Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and user acceptance testing. Business Partnership & Support Serve as a primary interface between Finance and IT, ensuring financial systems operate efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with internal controls. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for SAP EPM add-ins, planning and consolidation tools, and BOBJ reporting. Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO. Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including A2R, R2R, P2P, and I2C. Proven experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and financial systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and consolidation. Experience with SAP BPC, Business Warehouse, and BusinessObjects. Exposure to system implementations or major process transformations. Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills. Additional Information This role is onsite in Lowell, MA and may require limited domestic travel. Eligible for participation in the company's 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and long-term incentive program, subject to plan terms. The Salary Range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000.Actual salary offered to candidates will depend on several factors, includingbut not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education,and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
