Position Purpose Responsible for the daily administration and support of Kemba's digital banking platform. Duties include tasks such as processing support tickets, maintaining and testing system accesses, completing routine updates, and assisting internal teams with digital banking questions. The Digital Banking Specialist helps ensure a reliable and secure digital experience for members and provides backup support to the Digital Banking Officer as needed. Essential Functions & Basic Duties Processes support tickets with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues as they arise. Completes routine updates, configures changes, and testing in staging and production environments. Monitors platform performance and reports issues or trends to the Digital Banking Officer. Supports fraud prevention and cybersecurity efforts by adhering to established protocols and reporting concerns promptly. Works with IT, Member Support, branch personnel, and other departments to resolve digital banking issues and support operational needs. Participates in communication efforts related to outages, updates, and digital banking changes. Creates and updates reference materials, FAQs, and internal guides for digital banking processes. Qualifications Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent. Required Knowledge: Knowledge of financial services or products preferred. Experience Required: One year to three years of similar or related experience. Skills/Abilities: Self-Motivated and multi-task oriented. Has the ability to work within a team atmosphere as well as individually. Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor. Ability to maintain accurate records of member interactions and statistics. Strong interpersonal and public relations skills. Attentive to detail and excellent problem solving ability. Ability to use related computer applications.
