Job Description

The Hourly Operations Supervisor (HOS) is essential to driving the success of our restaurant by enhancing guest satisfaction, maximizing profits, and managing an effective team. Collaborating closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, the HOS leads the team during shifts to achieve key performance targets and create a vibrant work environment. Profitability: Follows all cash control and security measures, ensuring precise cash management and safe counting. Conducts regular inventory inspections to uphold stock levels. Oversees the receipt and organization of inventory truck orders to maintain operational efficiency. Guest Experience: Motivates and directs team members to consistently deliver outstanding guest service through timely, friendly interactions in a clean atmosphere. Team Development: Provides coaching and constructive feedback to boost team performance and facilitate skill development. Operations Management: Sets a strong benchmark for team members by effectively implementing shift plans and striving for operational excellence. Ensures menu items are prepared accurately and served promptly, meeting established speed of service standards. Fosters motivation among team members across various workstations throughout the shift. Analyzes restaurant performance to identify achievements and areas for improvement. Maintains compliance with operational procedures and brand standards. May also assist with team member responsibilities as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a high-energy quick service restaurant. Strong grasp of guest service principles. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Able to manage long and/or irregular shifts for smooth restaurant operations. Work Schedule: Weekend availability is required.
