Join a Leading Manufacturer as a Plant Controller! Gpac is collaborating with a growing GPG manufacturer to find an experienced Plant Controller. In this crucial role, you will oversee plant-level finance operations, including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, KPI reporting, and variance analysis. You will work closely with plant leadership and corporate finance, providing strategic financial insights that drive operational decision-making and enhance plant profitability. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Leading the plant finance function and collaborating with plant leadership to forecast monthly financial outcomes. Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards while delivering actionable variance analysis. Preparing monthly financial reports and presenting insights to plant and corporate finance teams. Guiding the annual budget process along with ongoing budget-to-actual reporting. Conducting ROI modeling and financial analysis for capital expenditure initiatives. Enhancing costing processes including standard cost updates and scrutiny of yield/scrap analysis. Implementing and upholding internal controls related to inventory and financial operations. Overseeing cycle count programs and investigating any inventory discrepancies, along with formulating corrective action plans. Partnering with operations teams to pinpoint cost-saving measures and opportunities for process improvement. Supporting special projects and performing ad hoc analyses as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing setting with a strong focus on cost accounting. Proficient with ERP systems. Strong analytical and communication skills to assist non-financial stakeholders. Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
