Must have skills: Free parking onsite EPA- Certification is a plus, however not required Role will work under licensed plumber and HVAC worker Reliable transportation Minimum high school diploma Must have skills: Top candidates would have both commercial/industrial plumbing and knowledge of HVAC (AHU's, exhaust fans, etc.) Proficient with hand and power tools: pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, threading machines, pressure test pumps, gauges Experience with various piping materials: copper, PVC, PEX, steel Familiarity with: o Water supply, drainage, gas, steam, and HVAC piping systems o Steam and hot water system repairs/ Chilled water systems and HVAC piping o basic plumbing skills) o Performing preventative maintenance on mechanical systems o Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation. o Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. o Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. o Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation. o Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues. Preferred/ Nice to have skills: o Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. o Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
