Picker Packers Needed in Perryville, MD Aerotek's client is looking for Picker Packers to join their team in the Perryville, MD area Job Description The role involves accurately selecting products from inventory, packing and labeling shipments, and preparing orders for delivery to healthcare providers nationwide. This is a hands-on position that does not require the use of forklifts or other heavy equipment; all tasks are performed manually with carts and RF scanners. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to accuracy. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but training is provided. Responsibilities Select products accurately from inventory. Pack and label shipments meticulously. Prepare orders for delivery to healthcare providers. Perform all tasks manually with carts and RF scanners. Maintain commitment to accuracy and detail. Essential Skills Attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Commitment to accuracy. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6 months of warehouse, picking, and cycle counting experience. Familiarity with inventory management, shipping, and receiving. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work schedule for picking is from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The shipping and audit schedule is from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perryville, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
