As part of our Dedicated Contract Services®, you’ll have the opportunity to work with consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This position offers an activity-based pay plan that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and strong work ethic. Here are the details: Pay Rate: $0.72-$0.76 per mile Live Stop Pay: $27 per stop Pallet Return Pay: $2 per pallet Chaining Pay: $25 per occurrence Outsource Work: $250-$450 per day New Hire Training Pay: $260 per day Safety Training Pay: $20 per hour Holiday Pay: $300 per day Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annual earnings of around $90,000.
