Your Daily Responsibilities Include: Delivering exceptional customer service by following the Manager in Charge Success Routine and prioritizing guest experience. Overseeing team members to ensure completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Ensuring food safety and the quality of all orders, while guaranteeing accuracy. Resolving customer complaints swiftly to uphold positive relationships with our guests. Providing ongoing feedback to the General Manager regarding team performance. Offering constructive and positive feedback to team members consistently. Engaging actively in training and developing team members' skills. Managing conflict constructively and collaborating with the General Manager for resolutions. Assisting the General Manager in screening potential team member candidates. Supporting profit and loss management through effective cash control, security procedures, inventory management, and labor oversight. Ensuring proper food preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times are followed. Assisting the General Manager in maintaining facility conditions and complying with health and safety standards at all times. Are You a Fit for This Role? 1 year of experience in the restaurant or retail sector, with at least 3 months as a shift lead preferred. Strong adherence to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Must be at least 18 years of age. Reliable transportation is required. Exceptional communication, management, leadership, and organizational skills. Physical dexterity to lift up to 45 lbs. as needed. Attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to operate a cash register and make accurate change. Basic math skills are essential for this role. Dedication to maintaining customer satisfaction while upholding health and safety standards. Passion for promoting Taco Bell's culture and values.
