Our expected hourly compensation ranges from $33.92 to $41.46, varying based on experience, along with a full benefits package that includes bonuses and 401(k) participation. This position offers the possibility of total compensation of $100,000 annually. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Hires. Primary Purpose of Position As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in inspecting, diagnosing, and completing repairs on HVAC equipment and water heaters, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and complies with local and national codes. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Conduct and provide training on preventative maintenance for all residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Assist in advanced appliance repairs, including sealed system HVAC and water heaters, as part of ongoing training and development. Deliver exceptional customer service while clearly communicating with homeowners regarding services performed and recommendations. Complete all necessary documentation, including service tickets, time logs, and material usage records. Be available for on-call responsibilities and respond to emergency situations as needed. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in optimal working condition. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience, or a combination of relevant work and accredited trade or vocational training totaling 5 years, in HVAC service. Possession of all required state licenses. Valid EPA-608 Technician Certification, Type 2 or higher. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Proven skills in customer service. Advanced knowledge of tools and materials relevant to the service industry. Expertise in servicing heating, air conditioning, and appliance equipment. Advanced proficiency in servicing gas and electric water heaters. Strong sales skills with the ability to recommend and promote the full range of company services. Eligibility to meet company driving standards, including a valid driver's license. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification is preferred.
