The Opportunity Join EY's Oracle Services practice, a national consulting powerhouse focused on managing large-scale, complex initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes, translating them into technical specifications that drive successful outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities Lead delivery and manage workstreams, ensuring seamless processes and solutions. Monitor project status and deliverable completion, aligning with performance objectives. Engage actively in client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning to execution and closure. Skills and Attributes for Success To excel in this position, you'll need a mix of technical acumen and interpersonal skills. Your ability to establish strong relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in providing exceptional client service. Strong analytical skills for developing solutions to complex challenges. Proven capacity for managing project economics and resource allocation. Effective interaction with finance and technology executives, as well as subject matter experts. Ability to build long-term relationships and networks. Sound judgment in decision-making for complex problem solving. Experience in modifying policies and establishing procedures. Understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A Bachelor’s degree. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in ERP systems or as an Oracle Financials super user. A proven track record with three or more Oracle Financial Applications, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and others. 5-10 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Financial Applications. Familiarity with Oracle methodologies like OUM or AIM. Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills, alongside a keen interest in integrating business processes with technology. Comfort in researching client inquiries and addressing emerging issues. Willingness to travel 60+% of your work schedule. Ideally, You’ll Also Have An MBA or MS degree.
