Position Overview As the Corporate Dining Relationship Manager, you will take charge of daily operations and ensure outstanding service delivery at various workplace dining accounts. Acting as the primary contact for clients, you will facilitate effective communication between onsite teams, culinary staff, and senior management, embodying Radish's exceptional hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Account Management Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients to guarantee operational excellence and client satisfaction. Ensure all onsite services are aligned with Radish's brand values and hospitality standards. Work closely with the Regional Account Manager (RAM) to address service issues and identify areas for improvement. Act as the primary liaison among clients, onsite staff, and Radish leadership. Ensure timely and accurate completion of timekeeping, break adherence, and injury documentation. Client Relations & Retention Deliver exceptional client communication, proactively following up on feedback and requests. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with insights into client satisfaction, service usage, and consumption trends. Collaborate with leadership to incorporate client preferences into service offerings. Assist with financial data accuracy and support invoice processing as necessary. Manage budget oversight, invoice reconciliation, and cost management for assigned accounts. Brand, Marketing & Events Coordinate onsite events, pop-ups, and special features based on client needs and collaboration with leadership. Assist with marketing initiatives including signage, newsletters, and hospitality communications. Training & Staff Development Lead or participate in team training sessions and standard operating procedure updates as directed. Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting best practices. Requirements Minimum of 2 years in restaurant management, corporate dining, or account management roles. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client communication. Strong organizational and leadership skills focused on hospitality. Financial acumen, with basic knowledge of budget management, P&L, and invoice processing. Proficient with Google Workspace, Total Party Planner, and Nowsta (or similar systems). Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift over 50 lbs. ServSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Valid California Driver's License. Preferred Experience Background in managing workplace dining or catering accounts. Understanding of culinary workflows and front-of-house operations. Experience mentoring or supervising small teams. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Benefits Base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience. Paid time off and holidays. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
