You should be a proactive Manager who stays ahead of ERP and Finance trends, translating client objectives into actionable strategies. The more complex the challenges, the more eager you will be to lead initiatives to resolve them. Your Role: Engage with senior Finance executives to discuss business challenges and the value of SAP solutions. Guide clients in defining their SAP journeys through business case development, roadmap creation, and impactful presentations. Architect end-to-end Finance solutions utilizing SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner solutions. Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify functional areas where AI can provide substantial client value. Implement AI use cases within SAP to enhance efficiency and improve project delivery. Design and deliver Finance solutions rooted in current industry and technology best practices, leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovations. Lead diverse project teams towards transformational roadmaps, both onsite with clients and within Accenture. Build trust with clients and Accenture leadership by remaining informed about regulations, trends, and innovations in your area of expertise. Contribute thought leadership by developing best practices and nurturing future transformation experts. Note that travel may be required for this position, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements. What We Expect: At least 7 years of SAP Functional and Technical expertise in Finance (includes GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Central Finance, Vendor Invoice Management). Minimum of 4 years’ experience in SAP projects within the Automotive sector (SAP support/managed services experience will not meet this requirement). Experience with 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Automotive clients. Leadership experience in managing SAP delivery teams within a Global Delivery Model, leading workshops, making design decisions, and overseeing system configurations. Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if holding an Associate's Degree, equivalent minimum of 6 years of work experience is required. Compensation at Accenture varies greatly based on factors such as location, role, skills, and experience.
