First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing care in a client’s home in Kennesaw, GA (30152).Position DetailsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–11:30 PM (some weekly variation)Hours: 40–50 hours per weekPay: $34–$46 per hourJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: In-person (Client Home)ResponsibilitiesFollow individualized plan of carePerform vital signs and skilled assessmentsMonitor for respiratory distress, fever, tachycardia, abdominal distention, and thromboembolic signsManage TPN infusion (1476 ml over 10 hours) using sterile techniqueProvide CVAD care and dressing changes as neededAssist with range of motion, repositioning every 2 hours, and mobility supportProvide elimination care and diaper changes as neededMaintain strict infection prevention and sterile practicesQualificationsActive Georgia LPN or RN licensePediatric skilled nursing experience preferredTPN and CVAD competency strongly preferredStrong assessment, clinical, and infection-control skillsReliable, compassionate, and family-centered communicatorMust be able to commute to Kennesaw, GAIf you are interested in joining a supportive team and making a meaningful difference in pediatric care, we encourage you to apply.
