We value continuous software improvements and investing in technology that makes our workflows faster and more effective.What does the role look like?As a Warehouse Associate at Urva Prep Center, you'll play a key role in the daily warehouse operations. We're looking for individuals who can help us get work done and keep things moving.You'll be doing the following tasks: Unpacking incoming shipments from our clients, which generally arrive in small boxes, and verifying the contents of each package through our software. You'll then print the item labels and place the products on carts.Picking items from carts for our clients and consolidating them into larger shipments to be sent to an Amazon fulfillment center. This is the main service we offer, preparing products for Amazon FBA. It's how Amazon customers are able to order items on the platform and receive them the same day.Helping train new employees on how to do the various processes at our warehouse. Your first 30 days will look like the following: Within 2 days: You'll be fully trained on how to process incoming shipments for our clients. By the end of your second shift, you're expected to be able to handle all types of packages on your own.Within 14 days: You'll be fully trained on how to consolidate items for clients and ship them into Amazon FBA. This process involves a bit more software training, but with our systems, you'll be able to pick it up quickly.Within 30 days: you're expected to be able to complete all tasks, meet our standard quotas, and make minimal mistakes. Shifts8 Hour Shifts 7:00am-3:00pm3:00pm-11:00pm 5 Hour Shifts 7:00am-12:00pm3:00pm-8:00pm Examples of a Bad FitWe want to be upfront about behaviors that don't work well in our warehouse. These are real issues that led to employees being let go. Arriving late on a regular occurrence.Excessive Phone usage during shifts.Regularly underperforming in units processed per day compared to team standardsRepeated mistakes on tasks after training and reminders.
