What You'll Do Process and adjust medical insurance claims according to program policies Answer calls from clients and medical providers regarding claim payments Review explanation of benefits (EOBs) and healthcare documentation Research and resolve claim issues or missing documentation Process medical payments and assist with client appeals Maintain call logs and support client communications by phone, email, and mail Audit payment files and verify accuracy of payment records What You'll Bring Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred Experience with medical claims, healthcare billing, or insurance processing preferred Ability to read and understand healthcare terminology and EOB documents Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Medical coding or insurance processing knowledge is a plus Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday
