Work LocationFully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.The Main ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do Architect and lead enterprise-wide transformation (AI-first, of course). Build the narrative that makes change irresistible. Design innovative, modern, branded, digital-first comms that spark engagement. Coach leaders, rally teams, and make change feel like a movement. Track adoption, engagement, and impact - and iterate like a pro. AI Fluency, Foresight & Execution You bring deep experience translating AI potential into real-world impact. You don't just understand AI-you know how to operationalize it. You can are a process mapping wizard who can spot automation and augmentation opportunities, and partner with teams to turn ideas into shipped capabilities. You guide leaders and teams through the mindsets, behaviors, and rituals needed to adopt AI responsibly and confidently. You build playbooks, pilots, and scaled rollouts that make AI feel intuitive, safe, and essential. Most importantly, you help the organization build AI muscle-not through hype, but through meaningful, measurable change. What We Look For in a Candidate 10+ years leading transformation and change. CompensationThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.Location Based Pay Ranges:$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.Lumen offers a comprehensive package featuring a broad range of Health, Life, Voluntary Lifestyle benefits and other perks that enhance your physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing.
