Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Package Consultant specializing in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, you will operate in the enterprise software and performance management domain, implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle's EPM Cloud suite to enhance key financial processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring the EPM solutions are tailored effectively.Your primary responsibilities will include:• Lead Solution Design: Lead the discussion with clients to understand their business needs and design effective EPM solutions, tailoring them to meet specific objectives and challenges.• Configure and Optimize EPM Cloud: Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle's EPM Cloud suite to enhance key financial processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Integrate with Enterprise Systems: Integrate Oracle EPM Cloud with existing enterprise systems, such as Oracle Fusion HCM and CRM platforms, to enable seamless data flow and process automation.• Conduct Thorough Testing: Conduct thorough testing of EPM applications to ensure functionality, performance, and data accuracy, as well as troubleshoot and resolve system integration or performance issues.• Leverage AI and Machine Learning: Utilize AI and machine learning capabilities offered by Oracle EPM Cloud to drive greater insights and efficiency across financial processes.This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertise• EPM Cloud Implementation: Experience with implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle's EPM Cloud suite to enhance key financial processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.• Enterprise System Integration: Experience in integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with existing enterprise systems, such as Oracle Fusion HCM and CRM platforms, to enable seamless data flow and process automation.• EPM Application Testing: Experience with conducting thorough testing of EPM applications to ensure functionality, performance, and data accuracy, as well as troubleshooting and resolving system integration or performance issues.• Financial Process Automation: Experience with designing and implementing EPM solutions to automate and optimize financial processes, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting.• AI and Machine Learning: Experience with utilizing AI and machine learning capabilities offered by Oracle EPM Cloud to drive greater insights and efficiency across financial processes.Preferred technical and professional experience• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning: Experience with utilizing AI and machine learning capabilities offered by Oracle EPM Cloud to drive greater insights and efficiency across financial processes is highly desirable.
