One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Provide interactive patient and family education. Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team. Job Requirements Required One year labor & delivery experience required in an acute care setting. California RN license Basic Life Support from an AHA endorsed training center Other programs/certifications candidates must obtain or complete within a specific time frame: Advanced Cardiac Life Support - must obtain wtihin 6 months of hire Neonatal Resuscitation Program - must complete within 6 months of hire Stable Program - must complete within 12 months of hire
