We're seeking a motivated and AI-passionate Head of Product to further this mission. Our ideal candidate must have deep product instincts, strong empathy for developers and technical audiences, and be technical and able to build software yourself (with AI assistance). Additionally, we welcome candidates able to set a big, bold, agenda -- to not just run things day-to-day, but also explore transformative visions for how we can serve learners. You will bring the strategic vision and executional rigor to lead product across our consumer learning platform, enterprise offerings, and new product lines. In addition to running product day-to-day, we will want you to take big swings and explore big, bold, visions for transforming our product for learners in the AI era. As a member of the company's leadership team, you will have the opportunity to lead your team, drive cross-functional collaboration and help shape the company's strategy. This is a high-ownership role for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and is deeply excited about shaping what the world's best AI education looks like. This role is 5 days/week in our Mountain View office, and reports directly to our founder Andrew Ng. You must already have, or be able to obtain, authorization to work in the United States. As DeepLearning.AI's Head of Product, you will:Own and drive the product vision and roadmap - define and execute product strategy across DeepLearning.AI's consumer learning platform, enterprise offerings and innovative new product lines, and align the roadmap with company strategy, learner needs, and market opportunities. > Ship high-quality products with engineering, content, and design - collaborate cross-functionally to deliver learning experiences on time and at scale. Be hands-on and own the full product lifecycle from concept to adoption. > Use AI to accelerate product development - evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools and capabilities both into the platform and into the product team's work. You will ensure that the team is sufficiently technical to build prototypes, invent and incorporate new technologies into our work. > Champion the learner - conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and synthesize insights to inform prioritization and product decisions. You will ensure our learners across all career stages and professional backgrounds have an exceptional experience at every step. > Define and track key product metrics - own engagement, completion, retention, and revenue metrics. Use data to continuously improve outcomes without losing sight of qualitative learner signals. > Lead, mentor, and grow the product team - manage a small and powerful team of product managers, establishing clear ownership, a culture of rapid execution, and a high bar for product quality. > Your skills (things you can do):Have a deep understanding of technical and developer audiences, as well as a strong working knowledge of AI terms, tools, and technologies in the developer and/or education space. > Write code or build software (with AI assistance). This will allow you to prototype quickly, evaluate technical feasibility, and maximize your and the team's productivity. > Zoom out to define vision and zoom in to make hands-on granular product decisions with limited information.
