QMS Specialist (Quality Management System Specialist) Schedule: 4:00 am 12:30 pm Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Coordinate and conduct internal audits, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed. Maintain document control including SOPs, work instructions, forms, and training records. Assist with nonconformance investigations and CAPA processes, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking. Support external certification and surveillance audits by preparing documentation and coordinating audit activities. Analyze quality data and collaborate with departments to support process improvements and maintain compliance with quality standards.
