This position is centered on driving new business growth by proactively identifying sales opportunities and converting prospects into long-term growth.  You will conduct policy reviews, educate clients on coverage options, and proactively recommend products that protect families and businesses. We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in a goal-oriented environment. Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and referrals Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews and recommend appropriate solutions Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals Qualifications: Insurance sales or account management experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to achieve sales targets Self-motivated and comfortable initiating sales conversations Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain) Competitive Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 - includes salary + commissions & bonuses
