In this role, you will: Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in a consistent clinic setting Monitor progress and adjust interventions thoughtfully Maintain timely, organized documentation Collaborate with speech therapists and clinic leadership Partner closely with caregivers to support carryover at home Our clinic model provides clear structure, accessible leadership, and a collaborative team environment where questions are welcomed and growth is encouraged. Minimum of one (1) year of pediatrics experience. Strong understanding of pediatric development and play-based therapeutic approaches. Ability to work independently within a structured clinic setting while collaborating as part of a team. Clear, professional communication with families and colleagues. Preferred Qualifications One (1) or more years of experience in outpatient pediatric, clinic-based, early intervention, or school-based settings. Experience working with sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays. Comfort with electronic documentation and clinic workflows.
