Total joint replacement care and chest tube management. BiPAP/CPAP management and high flow nasal cannula (HFNC) use. Interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) and non-invasive airway management. Tracheostomy care and management, as well as interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Experience with blood product administration and management of IVs. Phlebotomy and peripheral line care/management skills are required. Knowledge of heparin protocols and management of cardiac and vasoactive drips is preferred. Pre/Post care for hemodialysis and understanding of renal failure management is crucial. Candidates must be able to maintain a valid nursing license prior to submission.
