Customer Service Representative - Tuition Assistance Support (Hybrid | Contract‑to‑Hire) Location: Westminster / Broomfield, CO Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8-hour shift) Pay: $18.75/HR Start Date: April 6, 2026 Training: On‑site for 5 weeks, then hybrid eligibility based on performance Overview We are hiring 17 Customer Service Representatives to support an Education Assistance Program for a large national client. This role involves guiding employees through tuition reimbursement and continuing‑education benefits. Representatives must provide clear, policy‑based support while navigating multiple systems and handling sensitive customer interactions. Key Responsibilities + Assist users with account access, system navigation, and documentation uploads + Explain tuition benefit policies, eligibility criteria, and reimbursement processes + Review documentation for accuracy and completeness + Conduct audits with high attention to detail + Manage multiple systems (CRM, communication tools, internal portals) + Handle escalated or frustrated callers professionally + Maintain consistency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards Required Qualifications + 1-2+ years of customer service or administrative experience + Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously + Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills + Professional communication and emotional intelligence + Experience handling escalations + Ability to be on‑site for full 5‑week training Preferred: + Experience in higher education, admissions, or financial aid + Personal experience with college or certification programs Work Environment + On‑site training: April 6-24, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM + On‑site nesting: April 25-May 1 + Hybrid eligibility at ~90 days based on performance + Fast‑paced environment with structured processes and clear policies + Accuracy, quality, and compliance are the top metrics Candidate Disqualifiers Not a fit if the candidate: + Cannot attend all on‑site training + Struggles using multiple systems + Has attendance issues or frequent job changes + Cannot handle escalations or feedback + Over‑focuses on remote work accommodations What Top Performers Do + Maintain consistent professionalism and documentation + Revisit policies proactively + Stay calm during difficult calls + Demonstrate strong attendance and schedule adherence + Adapt quickly to policy differences across clients Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
