As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. * Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently * Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications * Process cash and credit card transactions * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods * Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed * Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
